How to Prepare for Your Dumpster Rental

Excellent customer service is our main priority. Please provide us with detailed delivery instructions when ordering your dumpster. Following these tips will further guarantee the delivery, use and pickup of your dumpster exceeds expectations.

Select Delivery Area

Our delivery truck needs about 70 feet of clearance leading to the area where the dumpster is dropped off. If your private property can’t support this space, you may need to obtain a permit for placement on the sidewalk, street or other public space.

Remove Obstructions

Check for obstructions like parked cars or locked gates. Also, our delivery truck needs at least 25 feet of vertical clearance to raise and drop the dumpster. Your delivery area should be free of tree branches, wires or cables around this height.

Avoid Extra Fees

Call us to schedule the pickup for your dumpster on or before the last day of your rental period. Keep in mind what materials are allowed as well as the weight limit. You’ll be charged a fee for prohibited items, overages in weight and extended rentals.
